Home · How it works
From your first message to the follow-up at home, the same five steps and the same coordinator, whatever the treatment.
The same five steps for every treatment.
Write to us here, on WhatsApp or through the short form. No medical records yet, just a few words about what you are considering. A coordinator replies in English and stays your one contact from then on, so you never have to explain yourself twice.
Your coordinator asks for what the specialist needs, such as your health history, recent tests or photographs, and sends it to the partner surgeon or dentist for your treatment. The review is free. If the specialist thinks the treatment is not right for you, we tell you, and that is the end of it.
If treatment is an option, you receive a written plan: suggested dates, the hospital and surgeon, the hotel, transfers and everything the plan includes. You can send your surgeon questions through your coordinator before you decide. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
A driver meets you at the airport. Your coordinator is close by from the first evening, an interpreter is with you whenever the medical team speaks with you, and the hotel is booked for the days around your treatment. Your surgeon sees you before you travel home.
The trip ends, the coordination does not. Your coordinator stays on WhatsApp, passes your questions to your surgeon's team and follows up until you have an answer.
Every plan is personal. After a specialist reviews your case, you receive a written plan with your dates, hospital, surgeon and everything it includes. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

Today
HospitalTR
Hello.
I'm your coordinator at HospitalTR. I arrange your treatment with a hospital and surgeon chosen for it, and I stay with you until you are home.
Ask me anything, or pick a question below.
What treatments do you arrange?
Four, each with its own partner hospital and surgeon: gastric sleeve, leg lengthening, plastic surgery and dental treatment.
The treatments
Gradual leg lengthening with an orthopaedic team, followed by a long, supported recovery.
The processImplants, crowns and veneers with a dental clinic, often planned over two visits.
The processEach treatment has its own page with the process, step by step. For your personal plan, just ask me.
How does it work?
The same five steps, whatever the treatment:
This is not a holiday. It is treatment, arranged so that you only have to rest.

What does it cost?
Every plan is personal, so I don't quote numbers here.
Send me your details and, once a specialist has reviewed your case, you receive a written plan with everything it includes, before you book anything.
Arranged for every treatment
Who will treat me?
Not us. HospitalTR is a coordination agency. A different hospital for every treatment: for each one we work with a hospital and a surgeon chosen for that speciality.

Your surgeon and hospital are confirmed after your assessment, and you see their names before you book. Any question you have for your surgeon, send it to me and I will pass it on.
Is it safe?
Every treatment carries risks, and only a surgeon can tell you what they are for you.
Your surgeon explains them face to face before you give consent, with an interpreter beside you. If the surgeon thinks treatment is not right for you, the answer is no.
Who is responsible for what
Can someone come with me?
Of course. Tell me early so I can arrange the hotel room and transfers for two.
What happens after I go home?
I'm still here. I pass your questions to your surgeon's team and follow up until you have an answer.
Who sees my information?
Only our team and, with your consent, the partner hospital that assesses you.
Please don't send medical records in your first message. I'll ask for what the specialist needs.
I'd like a private assessment.
Of course. Leave your details below and I will reply the way you prefer. No medical details yet; I will ask for what the specialist needs.
