I'm your coordinator at HospitalTR. I arrange your treatment with a hospital and surgeon chosen for it, and I stay with you until you are home.

What treatments do you arrange?

Four, each with its own partner hospital and surgeon: gastric sleeve, leg lengthening, plastic surgery and dental treatment.

How does it work?

The same five steps, whatever the treatment:

IYour messageHere, on WhatsApp or through the short form. A coordinator replies in English and becomes your one contact.
IIA specialist reviews your caseFree of charge. The surgeon for your treatment decides whether it is right for you, and may say no.
IIIYour plan, in writingDates, hospital, surgeon, hotel and everything included, before you book anything.
IVTreatment in IstanbulA driver at the airport, an interpreter at the hospital, a hotel for the days around your treatment.
VHome, still in touchYour coordinator stays a message away and passes your questions to your surgeon's team.

This is not a holiday. It is treatment, arranged so that you only have to rest.

What does it cost?

Every plan is personal, so I don't quote numbers here.

Send me your details and, once a specialist has reviewed your case, you receive a written plan with everything it includes, before you book anything.

Who will treat me?

Not us. HospitalTR is a coordination agency. A different hospital for every treatment: for each one we work with a hospital and a surgeon chosen for that speciality.

Your surgeon and hospital are confirmed after your assessment, and you see their names before you book. Any question you have for your surgeon, send it to me and I will pass it on.

Is it safe?

Every treatment carries risks, and only a surgeon can tell you what they are for you.

Your surgeon explains them face to face before you give consent, with an interpreter beside you. If the surgeon thinks treatment is not right for you, the answer is no.

Who is responsible for what

HospitalTRArranges the trip and gives you one coordinator. Does not treat patients or give medical advice.
Partner hospitalsChosen for each treatment. Tests, treatment and your hospital stay.
Your surgeonDecides whether treatment is right for you, treats you and signs you off for travel.

Can someone come with me?

Of course. Tell me early so I can arrange the hotel room and transfers for two.

What happens after I go home?

I'm still here. I pass your questions to your surgeon's team and follow up until you have an answer.

Who sees my information?

Only our team and, with your consent, the partner hospital that assesses you.
